Upon registration for the VePulse Waitlist, the following personal identifiers are collected directly from the user:

• Full Name: Utilized for personalized communication protocols.
• Email Address: Required for Waitlist authentication, confirmation correspondence, and platform launch notifications.
• Preferred Handle: Collected to facilitate username reservation processes prior to public application deployment.

VePulse may additionally aggregate anonymized telemetry data regarding website traffic for internal infrastructure optimization. Personal geolocation data is not collected at this stage.

2. Utilization of Information

Collected data is processed exclusively for the following operational objectives:

• Waitlist Administration: To maintain queue positioning and disseminate critical updates regarding platform availability.
• Identity Reservation: To associate the provided email address with the Preferred Handle, granting the user priority access to said handle upon application launch.
• Service Optimization: To conduct internal analysis of Waitlist metrics and website interaction patterns for product enhancement.
• Communication: To transmit transactional emails, including confirmation of registration and release notifications.

3. Data Retention and Disclosure

VePulse does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Data is managed according to the following standards:

• Secure Storage: All user data is encrypted and persisted via Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, utilizing DynamoDB for database management.
• Third-Party Processors: Information is shared strictly with essential infrastructure providers, specifically AWS (hosting) and Amazon SES (email delivery), solely for the purpose of service execution.
• Legal Compliance: Information may be disclosed if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

4. User Rights and Retention

Users retain full control over their personal data. Opt-out mechanisms are provided in all email communications via the "unsubscribe" link. Data is retained for the duration of the Waitlist period or until the application launch notification has been successfully delivered. Deletion requests may be submitted directly to the contact address provided below.

5. Policy Modifications

VePulse reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy as services evolve. Modifications will be communicated via this page, indicated by the "Effective Date." Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
